We are able to connect securely to your system with our remote support application, which allows us to view your computer screen, once you have granted access to us. We are able to remotely and securely fix most computer and network problems while you relax and watch us working on the issue. No engineer visit is required. and we simply use your existing Internet connection to connect to your computer. Procurement for this service is pre-paid and your card is processed through PayPal. We use the highly secure program, TeamViewer, to connect to your computer. If you don’t have TeamViewer already installed on your system, our engineer will guide you through the installation process, and get you up and running as soon as possible.
Arrange your remote computer repair in the easy steps below
1. Ring us, or complete the support request form, to discuss your issue before the remote connection takes place
2. Our engineer will analyse your issue to determine if this can be resolved remotely.
3. Our engineer will contact you to agree the time you would like the resolution, and send a secure payment link.
4. After receiving the payment, the assigned engineer will start the remote application, and request that you start the remote application on your computer and asked for the ID and password for a one time connection session.
5. After the connection is made, the engineer would then take control of your cursor, while you watch on your screen.
6. Sit back and relax, as you watch our engineer working on your system. When completed, you will disconnect our access, and we will NOT be able to connect again unless you give us permission, and you set up a new connection.
